The beach volleyball tournament is the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon with friends and family on the Pugwash waterfront.
Join us to enjoy some fun, sun, and friendly competition on the court at Eaton Park!
Gather your team, work on your skills, and get ready to compete at the tournament that promises to be a fun and friendly competition for all.
- Each team has a minimum of 4 people
- Every team has one female player on the court at all times
- Winning team doubles their money

Sandcastle Challenge

The highly anticipated sandcastle competition is being held at Crescent Beach.
Channel your creativity and sculpt big and beautiful sandcastles.
Thinking of entering the competition? Here are the rules for building:
To build your sandcastle or sand sculpture, you may use:
• your hands, and hand tools including shovels, spatulas, rakes, pails, etc.
• any natural objects found on the beach such as driftwood, shells, seaweed, and rocks
You may not use:
• Cement, adhesive, metal or timber supports, food colouring, flags, paint or other non-beach or man-made materials (besides the items named above “You May Use”.)
This adult and family friendly competition promises to be lots of fun and a chance to win great prizes!

Family Fun Zone

Join us at Eaton Park to play games and win prizes!
From traditional favourites to exciting new challenges, there’s something special for families and children to do at Eaton Park.

The face painting artists will be popping up in the Family Fun Zone and around Eaton Park.

Yoga in the Park

Sunday morning yoga in the park takes place in a tranquil setting, overlooking the beautiful Pugwash Harbour.
Participants can expect to enjoy a peaceful and refreshing yoga session as they breathe in the fresh air and take in the picturesque view. The yoga class is designed to cater to beginners and experienced yogis, so everyone can participate and benefit from the session.

Giant Cribbage Tournament

Whether you’re a seasoned player or a novice looking to learn, our tournament offers an inclusive environment for players of all levels. Teams of two required to register.
Organized by the Royal Canadian Legion Peace Branch #60.
$30.00 per team of two. Each team plays 10 games. Everyone bring your partner.

Youth Basketball Fundraiser

PDHS’s new Relay For Life Youth Committee is organizing a 3 vs 3 basketball tournament as a fundraiser for Canadian Cancer Society.
Pre-register your team by emailing Pricegeorgia85@gmail.com and giving us the names of the people participating on your team!
$15 registration fee, so 5 dollars per person.
The fee must be paid in cash or as a pre arranged online donation.
There will be baked goods and water available to buy while you are watching, or for after you play! We hope to see you all there! Here’s to a happy and active summer!
